Sarah Calvert, Operations Manager
Sarah joined the team in 2013, bringing with her a strong background in marketing and development. She has a passion for enriching the quality of life within a community and is thrilled to experience that same passion at Continuum, where the work is not just about being at the cutting edge of the healthcare industry, but about fostering a community. Sarah shares her energy outside of work by participating in 5K running events, volunteering for various charities and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Cassandra Donovan, Senior Physician Recruiter
In 2005, Cassandra found her passion in placing healthcare professionals. Her expertise is finding Physicians for Primary and Specialized Health Care Providers. She has developed her skills and made many connections, over the decade, in this fast paced growing job market. She fuels herself in this business by learning new techniques and methods to continuously give her clients and candidates the best opportunities. When she is not recruiting, she and her husband, Chris, spend time with their dogs and enjoy cooking for family and friends.
Chris Donovan, Client Development Manager
With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Chris serves as one of the principal liaisons between Continuum and it’s valued clients. He builds loyalty through outreach, interaction, and continuous improvements to services. In addition to researching and responding to client needs, he works with recruiters to provide clients with the highest quality candidates. Before joining the medical field, Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and joined the Navy in 1995 where he earned his medical training. He and his wife, Cassandra, have two dogs that keep them busy outside.
Ray Drapkin, President and Chief Executive Office
Dr. Ray Drapkin earned a BA in Biology from Temple University in 1969, then graduated with his MD from University of Maryland Medical School in 1973. After 5 years of residency at Montefiore Hospital in New York, he open his own practice of Orthopedic Surgery in Columbia and Laurel, MD in 1978. Maryland Orthopedics eventually boasted a staff of seven physicians. Dr. Drapkin retired in 2013 and now turns his expertise to staffing for the healthcare industry. He leads his team by example with connecting qualified physicians and physician assistants with desirable permanent positions throughout the country. He is personally involved with many clients and works with other CEOs, so he never loses touch with the issues and challenges facing our industry. He combines both a strategic vision and drive from personal experience that has allowed Continuum Medical Staffing to develop a reputation for quality, integrity and the willingness to always go the extra mile.
Mary Dunn-Wyatt, Senior Vice President of Executive Placement
Mary has learned quite a few things about healthcare staffing after 23 years with a nationally recognized executive search company. After being designated a Certified Sales Account Manager in 1994, she rose to VP/Healthcare overseeing the permanent placement of healthcare professionals in hospital administration, consistently seated as the top producer and amassing more than $5 million in career billings. Despite her stellar numbers, Mary continues to be inspired by the relationships she builds and lives she affects every day. Her ultimate goal is to provide superior service for her clients and candidates, so that they in return deliver superior healthcare to patients. Mary enjoys all her local community has to offer, but most relishes time with her husband, dog and son.
Cary Farrow, Senior Healthcare Recruiter
Cary Farrow has been recruiting healthcare professionals for more than 15 years. She has recruited professionals in all specialties from staff level to senior management. Most recently her special focus has been on Allied Health, specifically Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. Cary is passionate about recruiting and takes great pride in providing the highest level of service to both her clients and candidates. A long time resident of the South Carolina Lowcountry, she enjoys spending time with her longhaired dachshund and taking advantage of all the amenities the coastal area has to offer. Cary is a huge SEC football fan and most Saturdays in the fall you will find her cheering for her beloved Georgia Bulldogs (GO DAWGS!)
